Mercedes Actros L Edition 3 is the Maybach of trucks

The attractive new Actros L Edition 3 has arrived in Serbia and was presented to the media at the Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Center of Star Import, the general distributor for Mercedes-Benz, smart, Setra and Fuso vehicles for Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania.

“Actros has always been a symbol of efficiency, comfort, safety and reliability when it comes to transporting goods. On the other hand, the needs of customers and their drivers have always been our priority. The Actros L Edition 3 offers all drivers impressive performance and a high level of driving pleasure. That’s why I’m especially happy that one of the 400 exclusive examples of the Actros Edition 3 model has found its home in our market,” said Aleksandar Trifunović, director of the Commercial Vehicle Center.

The proud owner of the only Actros L Edition 3 truck in our area is the family company Beokran doo from Belgrade.

The exhibited model boasts a BigSpace cabin, a six-cylinder OM473 engine with a volume of 15.6l, a power of 425 kW (578 hp) and a torque of 2800 Nm.

The final color of the cabin is in this case in steel gray metallic matte color, while the front part of the vehicle (radiator grille) is always painted in white aluminum metallic color, in order to guarantee the high recognition of the Edition 3 model.

Up to 30 additional interior and exterior features give this truck a unique character. Edition 3 luxury is marked by a whole range of characteristic equipment.

In its stylish interior, this includes a nappa leather instrument panel and door handles, various carbon fiber-look interior parts, a sunroof with ambient lighting and SoloStar seats with almond beige leather upholstery.

Edition 3 badging on the passenger side and illuminated “Edition 3” entry badges on the driver and passenger side are also eye-catching.

An all-over curtain – almond beige on the inside, black on the outside – provides elegant privacy. The same applies to the curtain with the Mercedes-Benz star in front of the bed.

Exterior highlights include exclusive decals on the side wall, the “Edition 3” lettering in the white aluminum sun visor with two additional LED headlights, the Actros emblem at the front in dark chrome and the Actros lettering on the upper rear part of the cab wall.

The stainless steel entry steps are a striking feature on the side of the vehicle.

As a limited special model of the Actros L with a “wow!” effect, the Edition 3 was presented for the first time at the IAA Transportation 2022 in Hanover.
