Nova e econômica versão da Honda CR-V é revelada

New even more economical variant of the Honda CR-V is presented in China

The popular crossover Honda CR-V already had a conventional hybrid version, and now an even more economical variant of the Honda CR-Ve:PHEV is presented in China.

The fourth generation of the i-MMD powertrain consumes just 1.6 liters per 100 kilometers in hybrid mode. This powertrain includes a 2.0 liter engine with 150 hp and an electric motor with 183 hp.

The electric motor is powered by a 17.7 kWh traction battery, and the crossover can travel up to 73 km on electricity (according to WLTC methodology).

The dimensions of the crossover are 4703 x 1866 x 1680 mm, and the wheelbase is 2701 mm. External differences from the plug-in hybrid are the presence of a hatch for the loader above the left front wheel and the only spigot of the exhaust system at the rear (also on the left side).

Honda CR-V e:PHEV is equipped with a media system with a 10.1-inch diagonal screen, a Honda Connect 3.0 integration system of mobile devices, heated front seats with ventilation and heating, heated steering wheel, wireless charging for telephone, projection screen and a set of Honda Sensing 360 security systems.

The Honda CR-Ve:PHEV is produced in China in a joint venture of Dongfeng Honda. The cost of the car ranges from $35,600 to $42,000,000.
