Economical and efficient, in addition to being comfortable for the operator, it has 47.6 hp and a YANMAR 4TNV88 engine, one of the most efficient on the market, and an exclusive transmission with YANMAR technology. The YM 347 model also stands out for its low soil compaction.
Civil construction market...In the Brazilian civil construction market, YANMAR stands out for its leadership - for over 5 years - with the sale of mini excavators. The brand, which was also a pioneer in developing the world's first mini excavator (YB600C), remains attentive to the market, as it continues to rise in the country and is one of the most optimistic in 2022. In addition to the mini excavators themselves, the brand also sells mini shovels wheel loader and implements such as hydraulic breakers.
Among the main innovations this year, the brand added the SV100 mini excavator and the V3 mini wheel loader to its portfolio. With 54.7 kW of engine power, 9,825 kg of operating weight, and capacity for 115 liters of fuel, the YANMAR SV100 mini excavator impresses with its low consumption, comfort, durability, robustness and ease of operation. Among the main characteristics, highlight for the operating weight that makes it easier to transport the machine, in addition to work performance similar to the 12-tonne excavators available on the market, but with exclusive characteristics of the YANMAR mini excavators, such as lateral displacement of the boom and blade front. The machine also has a mechanical device for reversing the operating command, ideal for different operator profiles.
On the other hand, the YANMAR V3 mini loader allows you to work in reduced spaces, while delivering agility and strength in the operation. With articulated steering, oscillating rear axles, which provide both comfort and operational safety, the YANMAR V3 mini wheel loader also has an automatic leveler that allows the bucket to be placed evenly on the ground with just one movement of the lever, increasing productivity during work. With 18.2 kW of engine power and 2,920 kg of operating weight, the machine also has a capacity for 55 liters of fuel.
Transportation Market...A pioneer in the industrial engine industry, YANMAR was the first company to succeed worldwide in making a compact diesel engine for practical use. The expertise in the subject has continued since then and, currently, the brand still remains as a reference. In its portfolio, it has diesel and gas engines - high-power and off-road, respectively.
In terms of diesel versions, YANMAR has two high-power industrial diesel engines, the 4TN101 and the 4TN107. With a maximum output of up to 155kW, both engines meet EU Stage V emissions regulations. from material handling to providing eco-friendly energy solutions.
As for gas engines, the highlight for YANMAR models is the reduction of PM (particulate matter) and low noise emissions, as they are comparatively quieter than diesel engines, making them ideal for work in closed environments. .
In this market, YANMAR also provides customers with a 'One-Stop Solution', where it is possible to make a diesel or gas power source available in a single sales contact, with maximum compatibility with the customer's equipment. With the addition of these gas engines to YANMAR's existing industrial engine lineup, the brand remains well positioned to meet customer demands with a versatile range of power solutions.
Naval market...For the naval segment, YANMAR has solutions for marine propulsion engines and on-board generation in the most different powers for the most varied applications. The brand's expertise in the segment spans 86 years and since then, the brand has maintained quality control of its products, in order to offer its customers highly durable, easy-to-maintain engines, in addition to being more economical. As an exclusivity, YANMAR also has its own gearboxes, which directly contribute to a better performance of the propulsive set.
With a portfolio of genuine marine engines to serve work and leisure vessels, YANMAR also stands out for its own injection system with ASSIGN technology, which allows an optimization of fuel burning, making the engine more accessible. As well as the geometry and materials of items such as the head, piston and cylinder liner, they also contribute to this economy.
Generator sets and power systems...Maintaining the same quality, tradition and innovation, YANMAR also works with generator sets and power systems. Designed and developed in Brazil, YANMAR generator sets, such as the YTFG/YT G (D) Series, for example, are ideal for anyone looking for a generator set that provides safety and resistance in its operation. With models ranging from 4 to 15 kVA of power, in three-phase and single-phase versions, the generators also have pulley and belt or direct coupling (elastic sleeve). The YBG series, on the other hand, have power from 10 to 75.0 KVA and are available in the open Canopy and Silent versions, and also have direct coupling, which can be single-phase or three-phase 4 poles.
In addition to these, the brand also offers the market large diesel power generators with more than 500 kW of power and other models powered by gas (Himoinsa). In energy systems, the brand also provides gas engine heat pump (GHP) and cogeneration systems, with natural gas and biogas, EP cogeneration and micro cogeneration.
Customer support and warranty...For customers' safety and peace of mind, YANMAR offers two-year warranty coverage for its entire line of agricultural and construction equipment, and one year for its hydraulic breakers line, in addition to two free revisions for the brand's tractors. For marine engines, it offers a one-year warranty or the number of hours of the engine rating, according to the instructions available in the manufacturer's Warranty Term, for working engines. And two years or also according to the number of hours of the engine rating, following the same manufacturer's recommendations for recreational engines. For industrial engines, power systems and generator sets, the brand offers a 1-year warranty. The brand also has a network of highly trained and capable dealers to offer support throughout the country.
Commitments...While providing the Brazilian market with numerous solutions, YANMAR seeks technologies that lead to maximum prosperity, with a minimum of resources and impacts on the environment.
