Sorento Black Edition...KIA presents the special Black Edition version of the Sorento, which has a sophisticated exterior look, with attractive gloss black exterior details. The new Sorento Black Edition also features new interiors and special equipment, with various safety and comfort elements.

The Sorento Black Edition retains its sleek and modern crossover design, based on the concept of 'sassy refinement'. The exclusive glossy black exterior details (grill frame, roof racks and rear-view mirrors), along with dark chrome windows and side steps give it a new look. The diesel version, moreover, mounts 20-inch light-alloy wheels finished in black.

This new version is available with the three engines of the Sorento range (the latest generation 194 hp 'Smartstream' diesel, 230 hp hybrid and 265 hp plug-in hybrid) and in four colors: Aurora Pearl Black, Snow Pearl White, metallic gray and platinum graphite.

Extensive range of safety and comfort technologies... Equipped as standard with a wide range of comfort and safety technologies, the Sorento Black Edition has Nappa 'Black Edition' upholstery, premium seats with embossed decoration, ventilation, heating (also in the rear), electrical adjustment and memory (driver's); heated steering wheel, 31 cm (12.3 inch) Supervision digital instrument cluster, KIA Connect navigator with Android Auto/Apple Carplay, KIA connectivity and 26 cm (10.25 inch) screen; Head-up Display, 'Hands-Free' back cover and Premium Audio system (Bose), among others.

Its safety equipment includes all KIA DRIVE WiSE driving assistance technologies, with elements such as the KIA Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist FCA system with pedestrian, cyclist and vehicle detection, which also detects oncoming traffic before turning at an intersection; blind spot monitor (Blind-spot View Monitor BVM), 360º camera (Surround View Monitor SVM), blind spot detection system (Blind-spot Collision-avoid Assist BCA), speed limit recognition system (Intelligent Speed Limit Assist ISLA), Intelligent Cruise Control with Stop & Go function (Smart Cruise Control SCC), Navigation-based SCC (NSCC), Lane Following Assist LFA, Driver Fatigue Detection System (Driver Attention Warning DAW) and dynamic high beam assistant (Highway Driving Assist HDA).

The new Sorento Black Edition also features a Rear View Monitor RVM with Reverse Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist PCA, Rear Cross-traffic Collision- Avoidance Assist RCCA) and the company's keyed remote parking system (Remote Smart Parking Assist RSPA).
