Dacia Duster Mat Edition....Dacia has decided to celebrate in high style the commercial milestone achieved by its incombustible SUV. To celebrate the 2 million units of the Dacia Duster sold since 2010, a new and interesting limited series was presented. The new Dacia Duster Mat Edition has arrived on the scene. A premiere that took place within the scope of the Paris Motor Show 2022.

The limited series Mat Edition not only stands out for offering a plus of exclusivity to one of the best cheap SUVs that can be found in European dealerships, but also has a wide range of standard equipment. The Romanian brand took the Journey trim level as a starting point for the creation of this new version.

Just take a quick look at the images to discover the distinctive features of the new Duster Mat Edition. The bodywork is finished in matte gray. A hue that contrasts with orange design details on the rear view mirror housings. The shark fin antenna is finished in black, a shade we also find on the 17-inch alloy wheels.

As for the roof bars, they feature a Megalith Gray finish. And as you would expect, it displays Dacia's new visual identity. Logo, emblem, typography, etc.

As for the interior of the new Duster Mat Edition, we are surrounded by a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The upholstery is specific to this version and features orange seams to create a striking contrast. Other features of this limited series are the floor mats and door sill plates.

As for the mechanics, there are no big surprises. Options are limited to a single engine. Dacia opted for the 1.3-litre TCe petrol engine with 150 hp and 250 Nm of maximum torque. A block that appears coupled to a six-speed dual-clutch EDC automatic transmission and a front-wheel drive system.

This engine allows the Duster Mat Edition to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 10 seconds and reach a top speed of approximately 200 km/h.

As for its arrival on the European market, the order book for this limited series Mat Edition will open before the end of this year. Deliveries will start in the first half of 2023. Prices have not yet been announced.
