PEUGEOT
308 GT by Castagna Milano
Sporty and elegant, with a more avant-garde touch. So is the new Peugeot 308 that distills design wherever it goes, and it has not gone unnoticed by the Italians of Carrozzeria Castagna Milano, whose latest proposal is based on the French brand's compact. A unique creation that was presented at the great furniture design fair in Europe, the Salone del Mobile in Milan. The compact has been dressed in an elegant shade of dark green with a very shiny metallic finish that bathes almost the entire bodywork, as the rear fenders and part of the rear bumper have been finished in a much lighter shade, extending as well. to the side skirts, printing a unique contrast that makes it more eye-catching, without a doubt. But the interior of the exclusive Peugeot 308 GT by Castagna Milano is what took the real bulk of the news, showing a cabin with an important extra, in the purest Italian style.
The Peugeot compact already offers a technological and enveloping atmosphere, the combination of new, more sophisticated materials completely transforms the cabin, especially designed for lovers of design. The Italians, who produced just one unit of this very special one-off, dressed the interior with a new dark brown leather upholstery on the sides of the front seats, as well as the central armrest and the central part of the steering wheel that houses the airbag.
In addition, the upper instrument panel and door panels next to the windshield pillar trim and roof lining are upholstered in green Alcantara. But that's not all, because the colorful interior is also topped off with the king of lightweight materials: exposed carbon fiber with a green tint on the door panels, and gray also extending to the front of the dashboard in the passenger area front.A much more select plus that will not reach series production, and the price of this very special unit based on the Peugeot 308 GT sports version is also unknown. A finish associated with the 1.2-liter PureTech petrol versions with 130 hp and the diesel of equal power, both with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
