JEEP ANUNCIA PACOTES DE SERVIÇOS CONECTADOS PARA ADVENTURE INTELLIGENCE BY JEEP CONNECT

Brand presents its connected services platform

Convenience, assistance and entertainment. All this in one place: the car. In 2021, Jeep introduced its platform of services connected to Adventure Intelligence to the market, which is among the best on the market. Now, the brand announces new packages for users of connected vehicles.

Owners of Jeep models with Adventure Intelligence have a trial period for the connected services (12 months), starting from the activation of the vehicle's warranty. After that period, they can choose from seven package options. Four are individual plans, two are combos (not configurable) and one premium offers all the services.

The plans bring values ​​and services among the most attractive on the market. Individuals cost 50 reais per month or 500 reais in the annual plan (with a 100 reais discount). The subscription to the combos starts from 80 reais (local currency).

Payment can be made by credit card and plans can be contracted directly on the platform's connected services portal here or through the Connected Services Center (Call Center Concierge - 0800 007 7128).

Individuals:

- Remote vehicle control: with this plan the user can control his vehicle, even if he is not in it. Remote operations can be done via cell phone, smartwatch and virtual assistant. In addition, it also has driving alerts, which are configurable so that the owner can maintain control of the vehicle even when driven by another person, such as exceeding the established speed limit or even establishing a perimeter or time for warning.

Vehicle location is also included, where the user can check exactly where their car is via the mobile app or smartwatch. Another functionality is the connection with digital assistants. The customer who has a device with the Alexa assistant (Echo Dot or Echo Show) can acquire information about their car such as fuel level and mileage, in addition to performing some remote operations (locking and unlocking doors, for example).

For Jeep Compass 4xe owners, there is also a charging station location and charging schedule function, where you can choose the start date and time of your journey, day of the week and recurrence. Even with a single tap on the app, the user can automatically start charging, if the vehicle is plugged into a charging station.

There is also the climate control function, recharge level settings (only in the multimedia center) and Vehicle Screens, where the customer can get the best control of their vehicle with information such as recharge preferences, recharge schedule, energy flow (measures current energy usage/output for engine, battery, and weather in kilowatts) and driving history.

- Intelligent Help: with four services, this package offers assistance and safety in times of emergency, such as in case of accidents or mechanical problems. This is because it offers an emergency call, a function in which the user can contact the platform's call center through the multimedia center or the app, if he is out of the vehicle.

In cases of serious accidents, in which some vehicle safety items are activated - such as airbags - the system will automatically call the call center, which will act as necessary to help in the situation, passing on the latest GPS coordinates and basic vehicle information to the emergency service responsible for the accident area. In addition, there is also mechanical assistance: in the event of a problem with the vehicle's operation, the customer can contact the call center and request assistance. Apart from all that, it still has a personal assistant feature.

- Security: in this configuration, the user has the functionality of a theft and robbery recovery assistant and a preventive theft alert. The latter works as a warning that the customer's vehicle may have been taken. If, for example, the alarm goes off, the user will receive a notification in the app informing them of the possibility of theft. If he does not confirm that he has the car, the central is activated and the vehicle begins to be tracked. The alarm is just one example of sensors available in the car that act in a preventive way in relation to possible theft.

It also includes recovery assistance for theft and theft, and on these occasions, the owner can contact the center and report what happened. From this point, the operator starts tracking the vehicle. Afterwards, the customer must file the incident report. Thus, together with a partner company, a prior analysis of the situation is carried out in the place where the car will be and the police will be called.

- Smart Map: ideal for those who like a complete navigation because the package features search for points of interest, Smart map (which provides real-time information about traffic and radars, for example, based on the vehicle's location), remote update of map and dynamic range map.

In Jeep Compass and Jeep Commander Overland there are still two other features. Send & Go allows the user to search for a point of interest on the cell phone while still at home or in the office, for example, and send it to the navigation in the vehicle. When starting the car, the route will be automatically traced by the smart map and the trip can start safely, without the need for the customer to stay inside the vehicle searching for an address or point of interest. The other service is Last Mile Navigation, a feature that allows the user to send the last saved address from the navigation system to the mobile application.

Combos... In total, there are three combos offered: 2, 3 and the Premium, which has the same configuration as the tasting period. Combo 2 brings the Security and Intelligent Assistance packages combined for 80 reais per month or 800 reais per year. With these two previously mentioned plans and Remote Vehicle Control, combo 3 costs 105 reais per month or 1,050 reais per year. The premium offers four packages for R$120 per month or R$1,200 per year.

WiFi Hotspot...It is worth mentioning that WiFi Hotspot is not linked to any of the connectivity packages as it is linked to TIM's eSIM 4G, a virtual chip for accessing native Wi-Fi on board. The contract remains directly with the operator according to the available data plans of 5 GB, 10 GB and 40 GB.
