Customers can check out the variety of options offered in the Ranger Raptor configurator. There are eight exterior color options, a set of decals and an add-on pack that adds functional trunk bars and blinds.
As it's a well-equipped model from the start, the options don't add to the cost and the highest price was €81,419.80. As standard, the European Ranger Raptor is equipped with a 3.0-litre V6 Ecoboost engine with 284 hp. In comparison, the Australian version of the engine is tuned to 392 hp. However, the European variant produces 30% more power than the outgoing diesel Ranger Raptor.
The 2023 Ranger Raptor features FOX Live Valve dampers, seven selectable drive modes, 10 gears, all-wheel drive and a class-exclusive exhaust system that offers four different power levels and volume settings.
Comfortable seats, heated leather steering wheel, red stitching throughout the cabin and magnesium shift levers were placed inside the car.
The equipment list also includes a 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10-speaker B&O audio system.
UK configurator and pricing will be available on May 24th.
Deliveries to customers in Europe are expected to begin this summer. In the meantime, North American buyers will have to wait a while before getting their hands on the Ranger Raptor, as the new model is not expected to be unveiled here until 2023.
However, it was learned that production of the Ford GT will end in December 2022.
