Deus VAYANNE: the 2,200hp austrian electrified hypercar
As we have seen and talked about on more than one occasion, the transition to electric mobility is being the perfect opportunity for new companies to enter the scene, especially in the world of sports cars. The most recent to do this was an Austrian origin called Deus Automobiles, which at the New York Motor Show that is being celebrated these days, presented an impressive hypercar calledDeus Vayanne, and we say impressive because this model that appears in the images promises a power of 2,200 hp and 2,000 Nm of maximum torque. It may seem like a fantasy of a small company wanting to appear in a market already with many participants, but what makes this project look serious is the fact that this Vayanne was created after the association of Deus with Italdesign and Williams Advanced Engineering, resulting in a production-oriented concept that promises these impressive figures rarely seen in a production vehicle, for now obtained through a computer simulation, therefore not officially validated. In terms of aesthetics, a car with elegant and modern lines appears, especially in the front, while the rear is much more futuristic with a minimalist design with a large air outlet in the shape of the infinity symbol, so to speak - totally intentional as he highlights. the company - framed by a thin LED line. Its profile is that of a mid-engined super sports car, while the interior features leather upholstery produced using “sustainable and technologically advanced solutions”.For the time being,Deus has not provided details about the powertrain, which will be 100% electric, and which, as we imagine for other similar projects, will have all the experience of Williams Advanced Engineering in the matter. The company points out that these 2,200 horsepower will make it possible to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.99 seconds and have a top speed of 400 km/h.
Deus Automobiles' intention is to produce 99 copies of this Vayanne which, according to what they say, they expect to start deliveries to their future customers in 2025. It will take patience - and certainly also money, for now its price has not been informed - to have one in the garage.
