PAMBUFFETTI PJ-01: UM SUPERESPORTIVO ITALIANO DE 820 CV

AN ITALIAN SUPERSPORTS OF 1.5 MILLION EUROS

Probably no one has heard of the Italian start-up Pambuffetti Automobili, a company founded in 2018 that this year unveiled its first model, a handcrafted high-flying super sports car, which the company calls the Pambuffetti PJ-01.

It is a spectacular supercar whose production will start in the next year of 2022, although in a very limited edition, as only 25 exclusive copies will be manufactured. But the company intends to offer a complete family of models in the future.

Based on a tubular carbon steel chassis, and dressed in a carbon fiber body designed by the Italian Franco Sighinolfi, this super sports car measures 4.7 meters in length, 2.06 meters in width and 1.15 meters in height.

Underneath its eye-catching bodywork hides a 5.2 liter aspirated V10 engine of Lamborghini origin, but conveniently modified by the Pambuffetti team, led by specialist Attilio Mattioli.

The 10-cylinder engine, mounted in a central position, offers 820 hp of power and 800 Nm of maximum torque. All of this force is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed steering wheel fin racing transmission.

According to the company, everything about this car is inspired by the world of competition. It has, for example, traction control and adjustable ABS in 12 steps. The tires, on the other hand, have measurements of 275/30 R19 on the front axle and 335/30 R20 on the rear.

The car weighs just 1,100 kg empty, which translates into a power-to-weight ratio of 1.34 kg/hp, which allows for an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds and a top speed in excess of 320 km/h .

Regarding the price of the PJ-01, Pambuffetti announces a value of 1.5 million euros before tax, so the 25 future owners can go on preparing their portfolio.
