New Hypermotard 950 RVE

Ducati unveiled last Monday the new version Hypermotard 950 RVE, an intermediary between the basic version of Hypermotard 950 and the high-end version Hypermotard 950 SP.
The difference of this RVE version is due to the visual called Graffiti, inspired by street art and very conducive to this urban model designed for traveling around the city with a lot of fun and personality. This concept was the winner of the Concept Bikes: New Design and Prototypes category by Manufacturers and Independents, in the Competition d'Eleganza Villa d’Este that happened last year on the shores of Lake Como, in Italy.



All versions of the Hypermotard family are equipped with the same 937 cm³ twin-cylinder L-Twin engine with desmodromic valve timing, which yields 114 hp of maximum power at 9,000 rpm, with a maximum peak torque of 9.8 kgf.ma 7,250 rpm, with 80% of the torque already available at low 3,000 rpm.



Limited to just 100 numbered units for the United States, the new street gun from the most traditional Italian motorcycle brand comes equipped with the EVO package, which includes the DQS bidirectional Quickshifter, ABS Bosch Cornering with Slide by Brake function, Ducati Traction Control DTC and the Ducati Wheelie Control DWC.



Ducati Hypermotard RVE prices are 13,500 euros for Europe, 14,195 dollars for the United States and 16,195 Canadian dollars for Canada, and it will be available at Ducati dealerships from early July.



The SP version of the Hypermotard 950, which costs 16,790 euros, is equipped with forged Marchesini wheels, more sophisticated Öhlins suspensions and graphics with an allusion to competitions.
