FORD EVEREST 2019 ARRIVES WITH MORE TECHNOLOGY
Ford's commitment to SUVs and pick-ups is no longer back. The American manufacturer decided to bet almost exclusively on this typology of vehicles in a market as important as the United States. And in addition to the models that are currently in its portfolio, soon the American company will introduce new models, such as the expected Ford Bronco.
The new Everest is now safer. Automatic emergency braking technology with pedestrian and front-end detection has been added to the list of driving assistance systems. The system is able to completely stop the vehicle in case the driver does not react. It will also continue to feature as standard with the rear view camera and parking sensors.
As for the mechanical part of the Ford Everest 2019, there are also relevant news. The twin-turbo 2.0-liter twin-turbo 213-hp diesel engine is on the line, as is the new 10-speed automatic transmission. The access mechanics will continue to be a 3.2-liter Turbodiesel engine with 200 hp combined with a six-speed manual transmission. There is the possibility to choose between rear wheel drive or full wheel drive.
