In all likelihood, the sporty version is expected to show only aesthetic variations in relation to this concept, which shows an imposing aesthetic and a design that can pass through a standard vehicle without any problem. Domagoj Dukec, VP of Design for BMW M and BMW i, points out the reason for its design: "The BMW M8 Gran Coupe Concept was designed not to leave indifferent and polarize: it should excite. With this car we want to reach out to those people who are looking for something special and want to stand out from the crowd. Without a doubt, BMW M takes the exclusivity of the comfort zone ".
Now all that remains is to wait for the German mark to make official the technical information of the model, as well as data about how its line will be structured and what the price range will be in which it will act. Although it is still unknown which engine to use, the first rumors point to the V8 biturbo 4.4-liter block which in the case of the BMW M5 2018 is capable of developing 600 hp.
