The legend is back
The name "Leoncino" (little lion) is a tribute to an Italian motorcycle legend who made history at Benelli. Today, thanks to the new design center of the Pesaro factory, it was possible to adapt a legend to the modern world.Leoncino is not only a new model, but an authentic and pure concept, typically Italian.Its engine is the new 500cc 4-stroke, 4-valve-per-cylinder twin-cylinder with double overhead camshaft (DOHC) and liquid cooling developed by Benelli. With a power output of 48cv (35kW) at 8,500 rpm and a torque of 45 Nm (4,6 kg) at 4,500 rpm, the Leoncino engine responds well when accelerating, thus providing great driving pleasure.

The little lion, symbol of a centuries-old story, appears on Leoncino's front wing. The smooth lines of this bike flow from the front LED headlamps, through the lattice frame that embraces the new engine of No doubt that it will be love at first sight. This new model 2017 comes equipped with ABS, fulfilling the norms Euro 4.Designed by the Benelli Stile Center, Leoncino harmoniously combines the traditional concept of the scrambler with modern design and technology. From the front wing, which proudly displays the Lion of Pesaro, to the new front headlamp with state-of-the-art 5,500cc LED technology that ends in a unique "Scrambler" style seat.Leoncino features a new two-cylinder, 4-valve-per-cylinder engine with double overhead camshaft (DOHC), injection engine and 6-speed gearbox.The structure produced in truss structure made of tubular steel envelops the Leoncino engine, making it light and robust. The Leoncino is quite manageable and inspiring for both beginners and veterans.
