Italian group celebrates Iveco victory on Dakar Rally

Thursday(18/1), the riders faced the longest stretch of the 2018 Dakar Rally between the cities of Chilecito and San Juan in Argentina. Ton Van Genugten drove 552 kilometers in command of the IVECO Powerstar 509, equipped with the Cursor 13 engine from FPT Industrial, and won the 12th stage of the race.Federico Villagra, from YPF Infinia Diesel Team De Rooy, came in fourth place and is in second place in the overall rally standings. Arthur Ardavichus closed the day with the fifth fastest time.Today (19/1), the caravan of the Dakar Rally 2018 follows from San Juan to Cordoba, towards the end of the dispute.
