NEW OPEL ASTRA GSi IS ALREADY READY
After resurfacing in the most aggressive version of the new Opel Insignia, both the sedan version and the Sports Tourer, the legendary GSi emblem will also be used on the Astra.
The images show this, and the similarities between the GSi Astra and its larger GSI Insignia 'brother' are evident in terms of the shape of the front and rear bumper and the design of the exhaust tips.
It is still unclear whether the Astra GSi will be the most extreme version of the line, perhaps sharing with the GSi Insignia the 2.0-liter 2.0 Turbo engine, or will be only an intermediate sports version with around 200 hp, a possible Astra version of the Astra family.
