Mansory Rolls-Royce Phantom Linea Nera d'Oro
German Mansory is once again attracting attention with a modified version of the Rolls-Royce Phantom, with this latest project being called the Mansory Linea Nera d'Oro.
The luxury sedan is characterized by a black exterior, a carbon fiber aero body kit (front spoiler, sills, rear diffuser, trunk spoiler...), new LED lights, a carbon fiber hood, new wheels (up to 24 inches), modified suspension, a new exhaust system and a refined interior (leather, diamond pattern on the seats and doors, headrests and seat belts with the Mansory logo...).
More recently, Mansory has released images of a modified Rolls-Royce Phantom on its social media pages, and we have to admit that this build is not bad at all, especially since it comes from a controversial tuner. The project is called the Mansory Linea Nera d'Oro, and it looks like the last thing you'll see is its trunk from the inside. The mafia-like design is very interesting, and we could say that this is something that the ultimate gangster boss would drive, showing passersby zero interest.

The first thing that stands out is the extremely large footprint of this car, which is normal, as you're looking at the Rolls-Royce Phantom, which is the British luxury automaker's flagship sedan, a car that has no direct rival in today's market. The Bentley Flying Spur is a challenger to the smaller Rolls-Royce Ghost, and we think the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, which is offered with V8 and V12 firepower in the United States of America, sits in a slightly inferior league. But hey, that's us!

Finally, the last thing that makes this Rolls-Royce Phantom shine even more is the body kit. For one, it's not a widebody proposal, as the updates revolve around the side skirts, the lower section of the front bumper, the rear diffuser, and the pair of spoilers at the back. If they had the same matte black hue as the rest of the car, the add-ons would have looked quite OEM, and that's a compliment for Mansory. This Phantom appears to sit way closer to the ground, so we reckon the tuner has left its mark on the suspension, too.

Do you know how many of Mansory's projects tend to have not only exaggerated body kits but also extremely flashy interiors, to the point where they are quite kitschy? Well, that does not apply to this Rolls-Royce Phantom, which mixes white and gold on the inside with a few blacked-out elements like a champ. The upholstery is custom and was wrapped around most touchable surfaces. We can see some gold flower-like inserts, a diamond pattern on the seats and door cards, and multiple other extras.

The second thing that makes the new Mansory Linea Nera d'Oro stand out is the black paint finish (that's not a wrap, is it?), sprinkled with lots of gold elements, hence the gold reference in its name, and the occasional forged carbon accents, which do not look out of place at all. We like the wheels, but then again, we've said it numerous times on other Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royces, and we think this particular set fits the automaker's new-age cars like a glove.
As for the engine, the Phantom's 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 has been boosted from 571 hp and 900 Nm to 610 hp and 950 Nm of torque.
This is a unique example, the price of which is not stated in the short news.
