Another Pagani Zonda

The first Pagani Zonda rolled off the production line in 1999, and 26 years later, Pagani continues to build unique versions of the iconic supercar. This is despite the fact that the Zonda has already had two successors, first the Huayra and then the Utopia.

It is important to note that Pagani no longer builds new Zondas from scratch. The last new model, the Arrivederci, was built last year. However, the company continues to breathe new life into older Zondas through its Unico division, and this extraordinary example is the latest in that series.

As Jutarnji.hr reports, this special Zonda Roadster is a tribute to the Kunlun Mountains in China, a nod to the owner’s personal taste. It features a few upgrades that we’ve seen on other reworked models, but with some of its own distinctive touches. The entire body is made of carbon fiber, with a beautiful blue finish of exposed carbon fiber, which makes it special. And, like all 760-series Zondas, it has a bonnet with large carbon-fibre air intakes and white "racing stripes".

The supercar rides on black wheels with blue centre caps, and the rear end is fitted with a wide range of aerodynamic enhancements. These include a high rear wing, a carbon-fibre shark fin, a secondary wing and a dramatic carbon-fibre diffuser. Even the exhaust pipes are blue for an extra touch of style.

Pagani hasn't provided any powertrain specifications for this one-off, but it's believed to be powered by the same AMG-sourced 7.3-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine as the other 760 Zondas, which, as the badge suggests, has 760bhp. No pictures of the supercar's cabin are available, so we don't know whether it's fitted with a manual or an automated manual transmission. Either way, the V12 has a sound that few other road-going engines can match.

There is no price information, but based on recent sales of other unique examples, it is safe to assume that this unique Zonda could be valued at a staggering €10 million or more.
