Tesla Model 3 Performance by Unplugged Performance: a bold carbon fiber aerodynamic package
The new Tesla Model 3 Performance arrives with 460 hp (338 kW) of power, four-wheel drive, a large battery and an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h that can be done in 3.1 seconds. This cover letter makes the Model 3 Performance the fastest Model 3 ever made and also one of the most powerful sedans on the planet.
Of course, for those who have been waiting for the Tesla Model 3 Performance to make the leap to electric in style and without anyone or very few being able to face it in accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h, it really is the car. However, for many users, so much power without extra flavor on the outside leaves Elon Musk's model somewhat lame in relation to what is usual in German brands.
That's precisely why the Unplugged Performance team chose him for their latest project. Thanks to a bold carbon fiber aerodynamic package, its exterior is unmatched by its high-performance counterparts, whether with a zero-emission engine or an internal combustion engine.
The modifications to the Model 3 Performance start at the front, where we can find a redesigned grille cover, a new lower splitter and several aerodynamic accessories that are located above the small front air intakes of the electric car. In addition to aesthetics, the renewed components increase downforce at high speeds.
In the side view, the new carbon fiber parts can be seen on the skirts, while at the rear there is an imposing spoiler called Ascension-R that gives the finishing touch to the whole. Completing the program are a new diffuser and large aftermarket wheels. Pieces can be ordered together or individually.
Orders for the Tesla Model 3 Performance by Unplugged Performance can now be placed and deliveries will begin in the second half of the year.
