FERRARI F296 GTB NOVITEC

Over the years, Novitec has presented numerous extreme preparations. But not just aesthetics, as the German specialist usually works on both the body and the engine, even modifying some of the most powerful supercars on the market.

To this long list is added this Ferrari F296 GTB, the plug-in hybrid from the Maranello house, which received specific treatment to reach a total of 868 hp.

As for the powertrain, the 2.9 V6 biturbo engine has revised turbo pressure and a new exhaust system made from Inconel (the same alloy used in Formula 1), which added 38 hp and improved the already exceptional performance of the super sports car.

Novitec does not report the new acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h, but it is likely that the Ferrari will now 'lock' the stopwatch in less than 2.9 seconds, a very interesting time, without a doubt.

Aesthetically, the F296 GTB incorporates two 102mm exhaust outlets and carbon fiber panels in the engine compartment to give the car an extra touch of exclusivity. But the news doesn't end there.

Novitec revised the Ferrari model's bodywork by adding new carbon aerodynamic elements, rear-view mirror housings in the same material and new 21-inch front and 22-inch rear alloy wheels designed by American specialist Vossen Wheels. They are shod with 255/30 ZR21 tires at the front and 335/25 ZR22 tires at the rear.

The Ferrari's ground clearance has been reduced even further, by 35 mm, thanks to the adjustable suspension. To overcome speed bumps or uneven terrain, however, the front lifting system is useful, which raises the car 40 mm using a control in the driver's seat.

Furthermore, the German preparer informs that there is every possibility of customization by the customer: from the color of the body to the interior moldings, everything can be made to measure.
