Nissan Patrol Warrior 2023

Nissan and Premcar usually present delicious off-road products, and this occasion was no different. The latest collaboration between both companies is focused on expanding the Australian 'Warrior' family and has been named Nissan Patrol Warrior 2023, following the line of the Navara Pro-4X Warrior and Navara SL Warrior.

In creating the Nissan Patrol Warrior, Premcar highlights that it focused on four key pillars: improved capability, road presence, the perfect soundtrack and excellent refinement. All of this is backed by a full factory warranty.

Taking the Nissan Patrol Ti as a basis, the Melbourne team has introduced numerous exterior improvements. Highlights include an exclusive set of front bumpers, black mudguards, a new tow bar, recovery points, black mirror housings and a grille in the same shade.

It's not missing a 2.5mm thick steel protective plate finished in red with Warrior branding and Warrior stickers on the side. The icing on the cake are the 18-inch alloy wheels shod with Yokohama G015 tires in dimensions 295/70 R18. Furthermore, they have a 40 mm wider track. Load capacity has also been improved by 48 kilograms.

Inside, Premcar has added new all-weather floor mats that are easier to clean. The rest remains unchanged. Equipment includes an 8.0-inch multimedia screen, reversing camera, digital instrumentation, thermal exterior mirrors, eight seats, electric heated seats, front and rear parking sensors, etc.

On a technical level, the suspension was raised by 29 mm, providing greater ground clearance and an attack angle of 40º. Additionally, the suspension features new optimized springs and shock absorbers to improve handling. The changes made continue with new progressive speed rear stops and multi-speed rear springs.

Under the hood, the 5.6-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine with 400 hp at 5,800 rpm and 560 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm was kept. In addition, it has an exhaust system with a butterfly valve to enhance the melody of the powerful mechanics. Power is transmitted to all four wheels via an automatic transmission with a helical rear limited-slip differential.
