Ferrari 812 Competizione Tailor Made

The North American market is crucial for Ferrari. It has happened several times that special editions that can only be purchased here have been put on the market. Now they have put a shovel on this as well: Tailor Made, the in-house workshop that fulfills all the individual needs of Ferrari customers, has transformed a Ferrari 812 Competizione in a single copy.

The base model in itself is one of the most desirable Ferraris of today – except, of course, that all copies of the 999-unit series have been sold in advance. This time, the improved version of the 812 Superfast has received a unique design.

Of course, “unique” is the most trite adjective in the automotive industry, but this time it’s really true: the company has realized the original sketch of the lead designer of the Competizione program in life size.

The lines that represent the designer’s original modification proposals were applied to the matte yellow paint with a matte dark gray foil. The same ingenious stylistic solution awaits in the passenger compartment, only here the lines have been embroidered into the upholstery.

The limited-edition, 830-horsepower Ferrari has thus become a memento of industrial history, and accordingly, it is expected that Ferrari North America will be able to sell it for a small fortune – that is, for more than the above-mentioned price of half a million euros, i.e. 200 million forints.

The reason why they don’t make a single cent on it is very simple: the company donated the entire income to charity.
