TUNNNING

LAMBORGHINI HURACÁN STO BY DMC: MAIS POTÊNCIA E UM TOQUE DE PERSONALIDADE PARA O ESPORTIVO ITALIANO

Lamborghini Huracan STO DMC

The Lamborghini Huracán STO has once again passed through the hands of DMC, the German tuner specializing in the exclusive customization of super and hyper sports cars.

After the version before the restyling, this time it's time for the updated version, endowed with a technical and mechanical package unprecedented until today.

DMC engineers focused first and foremost on the appearance of the Lamborghini Huracán STO. The designers chose a bright light red tone for the exterior, combined with a new set of wheels from HRE Wheels, a reference brand in the sports world.

The STO's body kit has been meticulously modified with new carbon fiber elements. At the front, the car has been fitted with a new bumper with a more aerodynamic design, combined with a new hood with additional air intakes to further channel airflow towards the rear.

Further back, the designers also installed new side fins, fixed at the rear to improve engine cooling. Lastly, the tuner's final touch was to change the STO lettering to the DMC signature on the rear diffuser, laser etched into the original carbon fiber.

Speaking of mechanics, in the end, DMC technicians limited themselves to a simple modification in the car's electronics, which generated a 60 hp increase in power in the Lamborghini and 30 Nm of torque, reaching 700 hp.

To face this increase in performance, the company opted for a readjustment in the suspension, both for the rear wheels and for the front ones.

It is worth remembering that the Huracán STO equips a 5.2 V10 aspirated engine with 640 hp, coupled to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. This rear-wheel drive super sports car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds.

Unfortunately, in the new generation of the model, this engine will not follow the line, as it will be replaced by a plug-in hybrid system, probably based on a biturbo V8 block, but we still have to wait for official information.
