CFMOTO 800NK
With the launch of the 800NK model, CFMOTO made another bold step into the European market.
In Southern France, in Frejus, the European presentation of the new CFMOTO motorcycle 800NK was held, where numerous media representatives had the opportunity to test this new fantastic hyper sport naked model on the beautiful roads of Provence.
The event was attended by the drivers of the CFMOTO Moto3 team, Xavi Artigas and Joel Kelso, who could personally feel the sporty spirit of this model and convey their impressions.
The “heart” of the new 800NK is an in-line two-cylinder DOHC unit, which delivers 95 hp at 9,250 rpm and 79 Nm of maximum torque at 8,000 rpm. The unit meets the Euro5 standard, can run up to 10,500 rpm and offers a maximum speed of 220 km/h.
Ride-by-wire technology on the 800NK brings different power delivery, depending on the selected driving mode: Street, Rain and Sport. Stability is guaranteed by a fully adjustable KYB suspension with a 43mm inverted fork at the front and a 74mm shock at the rear.
The weight of the basic version is 186 kg, while the Advanced version is 3 kg heavier. When it comes to tires, the choice fell on MAXXIS, 120/70 front and 180/55 rear.
Stopping is done by J.JUAN brakes: two 320-mm discs on the front and one 260-mm disc on the rear wheel. All this is monitored by the Bosch ABS system, which at a speed of 100 km/h enables stopping in just 2 seconds.
There is also a CF-SC immersion clutch, while the Advanced version has a quickshifter.
The volume of the tank is 15 liters, which is one of the largest volumes in the segment. The height of the seat is 795 mm, but it can be raised to 820 mm. The 800Nk has distinctive headlights with automatic LED lighting. There is also the ambient lighting of the handles, as well as the Follow Me night mode headlight (which turns off 10 seconds after the engine is turned off), as well as other smart accessories.
The Advanced version has an 8-inch TFT screen, which sets new standards, as it is the first touchscreen to be found on a production naked model. Also, it is the largest TFT screen available in this market segment.
The CFMOTO T-Box enables the connection of the motorcycle and the smartphone, and its update is done through the CFMOTO RIDE application.
CFMOTO 800NK ADVANCED will arrive in the Serbian market on July 15, and the price will be 8,390 euros.
