AUDI RS 6 SEDAN BY ADO X PERFORMANCE: UM SUPER SEDAN COM 866 CV

Audi RS 6 Ado X Performance

The current generation of the Audi RS 6 has been on the market since 2019, but according to some recent rumors, the brand from Ingolstadt may be preparing an even more powerful and extreme version of its already wild high-performance station wagon.

This C8 generation of the model is only available with the station wagon body, or Avant, so Audi does not currently offer a direct competitor to the BMW M5 or the Mercedes-AMG E 63 in sedan bodies. Now, thanks to Ado X Performance, an Audi RS 6 Sedan finally appears.

Obviously, this RS 6 in sedan format is not official, but a preparation that started with an Audi A6 Sedan with a 3.0 TFSI engine, but the German specialist Ado X Performance replaced the block to convert the car into a true RS model.

In fact, this A6 is now even more powerful than the RS 6 Avant, as it has a 4.0 liter V8 biturbo engine with Stage 3 preparation installed under the hood, a Wagner intercooler and new intake and exhaust systems, among many other things.

Inside, the specialist has added several carbon fiber elements, although the changes are much more subtle, and the overall design of the four-wheel model remains unchanged, with premium materials.

The result is a power of 866 hp and a maximum torque of 1,123 Nm, far above the 630 hp and 850 Nm of maximum torque offered by the factory RS 6 Avant Performance.

Of course, it also lacks the aesthetics of an RS model, thanks to exterior and interior improvements. The RS 6 'widebody' kit fitted to the sedan is an Audi original, while the exterior paintwork for the bodywork features a bespoke Cristal Blue hue.

This Audi RS 6 Sedan weighs 1,880 kilos, so it's not exactly a featherweight, although it is considerably lighter than the standard RS 6 Avant, which exceeds two tons.
