Sierra HD AT4X...GMC presented its newest model in the United States, the Sierra HD AT4X pick-up, which offers excellent performance in off-road terrains. The novelty also has a special AEV Edition option, which provides greater resistance with the inclusion of more steel and a more robust look.

The AT4X comes with 380mm of suspension lift, Multimatic DSSV shocks, 35-inch all-terrain tires, a new electronically lockable rear differential, new front-mounted upper and lower control arms and connected to updated steering lugs. All this allows greater resistance to face difficult terrains.

To adjust for off-road needs, GMC has added a new Off-Road mode to the Sierra HD AT4X that adjusts everything from ABS brakes to stability and traction controls, throttle response and standard 10-speed Allison automatic transmission shifts. The vehicle is still capable of hauling up to 8,400 kilograms and is available with a 6.6 liter petrol engine or a 6.6 liter Duramax turbocharged diesel engine that produces 470 hp of power and 1,322 Nm of torque.

The AEV edition features model-specific 18-inch wheels and new steel bumpers with built-in winch and tow hooks, as well as heavy-duty steel skid plates. Regardless of whether you choose between the AT4X or the AEV edition, all pick-ups feature a special Obsidian Rush interior with leather, massage seats and luxurious features to make your off-road adventure more comfortable.

The Sierra HD AT4X was announced by GMC in October 2022 and is scheduled for release in the last quarter of 2023. Pricing is yet to be announced.
