Hennessey VelociRaptor 500 Bronco

Hennessey, the Texas-based hypercar manufacturer and creator of high-performance vehicles, has begun shipping its new VelociRaptor 500 Bronco Raptor to customers with 500 hp.

After cold-weather testing in the snowy mountains of Colorado, Hennessey’s engineering team has come up with an improved version of Ford’s Bronco Raptor.

Hennessey engineers applied their expertise to the twin-turbocharged 3.0 liter V6 engine to increase power and improve drivability. The total system output is rated at 500 hp and 745 Nm of torque – which is worthy of Hennessey’s ‘VelociRaptor 500’ designation.

The Hennessey team traveled to Colorado for low-temperature, high-altitude testing in the Rocky Mountains, where conditions have been challenging this winter. However, despite snowstorms and freezing temperatures, Mother Nature’s challenges were no problem for the upgraded 4×4, equipped with Hennessey’s unique 20-inch alloy wheels and 37-inch off-road tires.

Hennessey transforms the exterior with custom VelociRaptor fenders, LED off-road lights, unique Hennessey 10-spoke alloy wheels, and VelociRaptor 500 Bronco badging. The interior features Hennessey headrests, all-weather floor mats and a unique number plate.

Having completed an intensive period of research and development on the company’s private test track and in extreme conditions both on and off the road, Hennessey confidently backs each example with its comprehensive 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty.

Available for international delivery, the new Hennessey VelociRaptor 500 Bronco is available now through authorized Ford dealers or direct from Hennessey.
