MB-AMG SL Mansory...Mercedes-Benz had promised the arrival of an exclusive edition of the new top-of-the-line roadster. The Mercedes-AMG SL has completely changed in this last generation, when its conception and development passed directly from the brand in Stuttgart to the sports division in Affalterbach, presenting a worthy successor with an image as modern as it is elegant and sporty. However, it lacked a luxury plus that the company decided to leave for a version with the Maybach emblem that will arrive in the near future.

Something that Mansory's experts were eagerly awaiting, and due to the delay, decided to explore by their own means. The German tuner was the first to develop a specific kit for the new SL which, as it couldn't be otherwise, is made entirely of exposed carbon fiber, giving a more notable look to the entire exterior set. The roadster has been bathed in glossy black, as have the brutal 22-inch light-alloy wheels, with just a few copper accents that set the note of contrast.

The front is dominated by a bumper that reveals some truly wild credentials, featuring a new radiator grille with Panamericana-style latticework in the center and two large vents on either side, replacing the large central star with the trainer's badge. With a new hood featuring two gills, the element is full of air intakes for engine ventilation and with extensions at the ends to improve aerodynamics.

The fenders also feature powerful ventilation gills for the carbon-ceramic brakes, while the mirror housings as well as the side skirts are also completely new. The rear view of the new AMG SL impresses with four new spherical tailpipes instead of the usual square tailpipes of the AMG SL 63 version, the new rear spoiler and the Mansory badge. The specialist also retouched the pneumatic suspension module, lowering the height of the body in relation to the ground, which further reinforces the aggressive aspect.

Inside, Mansory offers a new white leather upholstery with a diamond padding and multiple decoration options, of course in real carbon fiber. The trainer offers two levels of power through the 'P720' and 'P850' packages, which already says a lot about the power that this roadster can offer, being able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed 322 km/h at the most powerful level with 850 hp. More than you can get with the PHEV version of the SL 63, which makes it a roadster hypercar.
