Ferrari Purosangue: feel the health of the powerful naturally aspirated V12 engine in the video below
The house in Maranello already has an SUV, it's called the Ferrari Purosangue and the truth is that it's been a success. It is the first four-door, four-seater car in the Italian brand's 75-year history and also the first SUV-style model. All this created a fatal cocktail that forced the company to halt orders due to excess demand.
Although customers still did not have the opportunity to drive the vehicle, order lists had to be stopped. Its debut caused such a stir that Ferrari's commercial and marketing director Enrico Galliera has confirmed that the Purosangue is sold out for the next two years. And the reason is not precisely because they cannot handle production.
On this occasion Ferrari offers a video where we can see its powerful SUV running and screaming as if there was no tomorrow on Norwegian roads. There is no shortage of skids, dreamy landscapes and many natural views from the vehicle.
Without a doubt, a clearly differentiating element of the Ferrari Purosangue is its powerful naturally aspirated V12 engine. It is mounted in the front center. It's Maranello's most iconic engine debuting in this new configuration to ensure the car unleashes more power than any other in the high-performance SUV segment.
We are talking about no less than 725 hp and 715 Nm of maximum torque, with a unique melody. Not only does this engine deliver great performance, it revs to a dizzying 8,250 rpm and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. It is associated with an all-wheel drive system and an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission.
