BUGATTI

The brand's glasses costing US$ 15,000

Bugatti, in collaboration with designer Larry Sands, has created an eyewear collection, which contains nine different styles. A total of 37 pieces will be produced, with Collection One considered the first by the French company in the world of optics.

Bugatti uses rare materials such as palladium, 925 silver, carbon, gold and Macassar ebony to manufacture the glasses, which are manufactured in Japan. The designs are signed by Larry Sands, who has a 60-year history in the fashion industry. In his career, Sands has designed eyewear and collections for some of the biggest fashion houses, with Bugatti eyewear prices ranging from $1,295 to $15,000.

According to Bugatti, some of the sunglasses in this collection are made using techniques never before used in eyewear manufacturing.

This includes Positive Vapor Deposition, in which a solid material is evaporated in a vacuum and deposited on the surface of a product. The finish is so wear-resistant that it was also used in the production of Bugatti cars.
