NOVO POLO GTS É REFERÊNCIA EM TECNOLOGIA E DESEMPENHO

Polo GTS 2023...The top of the new Polo range has arrived. The GTS version, the sportiest and most complete of the Volkswagen compact, receives the news for 2023, all on the eve of the 40-year anniversary of a history of sportiness of the GTS line, inaugurated by the Passat GTS in 1983. Today, the spicy hatch is the only survivor in its segment.

More imposing and aggressive, the new front is the highlight. With IQ.Light technology, the Matrix LED headlights receive two light cannons, dual DRL (Daytime Running Lights) and the well-known light line on the grille, as well as the technology present in the Taos SUV.

Still on the new bumper, the GTS emblem on the upper grille accompanies the red detail that crosses the front from end to end, a traditional feature of the GTS line, already present on the 1983 Passat GTS Pointer. it has LED auxiliary lighting and a new, more aggressive, honeycomb-style design.

At the rear, the new bumper receives a more imposing diffuser, with a detail painted in the car's color and a dual exhaust outlet. The GTS badge is centered below the new Volkswagen logo. The taillights have an exclusive LED signature for the sports version.

Completing the exterior, the GTS features a unique sports spoiler, piano black mirrors and 18-inch black wheels with a diamond finish, as well as the famous 'Snow Flake' wheels from the classic Passat GTS Pointer. The owner of the hot hatch has five colors available: the solid Black Ninja and White Crystal; metallic Platinum Gray and Sirius Silver; and the Red Sunset special.

With 205/45 R18 tires, the front receives 276 mm ventilated discs and, at the rear, 230 mm solid discs. Exclusive in the segment, the GTS, as well as the entire line of the new Polo, has a BSW system, which automatically reduces the film of water on the front discs on rainy days, allowing better braking performance on wet roads.

Interior of a modern sports car...With a darkened appearance, the interior of the GTS conveys sportiness with a black roof and trim, red stitching on the multifunction steering wheel, on the one-piece sports seats with GTS emblem and on the new leather panel detail.

On the center console, the new shift knob comes with an exclusive detail in red, the unprecedented induction charger, two USB-C inputs (and two others in the rear seat) and the Climatronic Touch digital air conditioning, with air outlet for the occupants. in the back seat.

The renowned 10.1-inch VW Play multimedia center receives a sporty look, with a red interface. Through it, the driver can switch between driving modes (Eco, Normal, Sport and Individual), exclusive to the GTS version, in addition to deactivating traction control (ASR), opening the trunk, among other functions.

The 10.25-inch 100% digital instrument panel, the Active InfoDisplay, completes the technological island of the cabin, which also receives exclusive graphics and design in red from the brand's sports models.

Real hot hatch... Respecting its GTS brand, the top of the Polo line receives exclusive motorization at the height, the 250 TSI. There are 150 hp of power and 250 Nm of torque, already available at 1,500 rpm, delivered by the 4-cylinder engine, 1.4 turbo.

The set is coupled to a 6-speed automatic transmission with torque converter that has manual mode, allowing you to change gears using the handle or using the paddles behind the steering wheel. The engine completes 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds and reaches 206 km/h.
