FERRARI

O ÚNICO FERRARI LaFERRARI AZUL COM INTERIOR BEGE QUE FOI FABRICADO SERÁ LEILOADO

The only blue Ferrari LaFerrari with beige interior ever produced will be auctioned by RM Sotheby's

The Ferrari LaFerrari is one of the most special, advanced and high-performance models ever manufactured by the house of Maranello in recent years. Only 499 examples of this hybrid hypercar with Formula 1 technology were produced and in the last decade its value has not stopped rising. An example of this is the millionaire price that could reach the only blue Ferrari LaFerrari with beige interior produced, at the RM Sotheby’s auction on January 26th, in Phoenix, Arizona (USA).

This specific example is a 2014 unit that was delivered new in Seattle (USA) in December of this same year. It was commissioned by Greg Whitten, a prominent American car collector. The particularity of this Ferrari LaFerrari is that it is the only one whose bodywork was factory-painted in the Blu Elettrico color in combination with a complete interior in beige leather.

In addition to the curious combination of exterior color and interior upholstery, Whitten's LaFerrari also features a set of magnesium gray wheels that partially hide black-painted brake calipers. Other details in its design include a glossy black roof and headrests on the seats that have been embroidered with the famous image of the Cavallino Rampante.

Whitten owned the only blue Ferrari LaFerrari with beige interior produced until September 2021, when it was acquired by its current owner in the state of Colorado, and since rolling off the assembly line nearly nine years ago, it has driven just 3,186 miles ( 5,127 kilometers).

Its condition is impeccable and it is equipped with a hybrid propulsion system that develops a combined power of 963 hp. This is possible thanks to a naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V12 engine and an electric motor derived from Formula 1 that is accompanied by the famous kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) that is used in the main competition of motorsport. With all this, it is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.0 seconds and records a top speed of 350 km/h.

As we mentioned at the beginning, this blue Ferrari LaFerrari with beige interior that appears in the images will be auctioned next January 26th in Phoenix, Arizona. Auction house RM Sotheby's estimates a sale price of between $4 million and $4.5 million.
