Apple Music now natively integrated into the Tesla system
If we talk about electric cars, without a doubt we have to talk about Tesla, Elon Musk's company, which is dedicated to innovation, improving the technology of this type of car and, of course, selling its electric cars. Tesla's navigation panels software is updated as if it were a mobile operating system. A few hours ago, an update was released that natively integrated Apple Music playback. Until now, Apple Music subscribers couldn't play music on that platform on Teslas…but now they can. Could it have something to do with Musk's visit to Apple Park?
The service streams over 100 million songs and 30,000 playlists ad-free. Listen to your entire library, discover new music and tune in to live radio stations. To access Apple Music, tap the Apple Music icon on the App Launcher, scan the QR code with your mobile device and sign in with your Apple ID. Note: A Premium Connectivity subscription is required to stream Apple Music over a cellular connection.
The arrival of the software update for Christmas meant the arrival of great features to Tesla cars. Among them, of course, the ability to play music from Apple Music directly in the car's navigation menus. However, one of the factors that must be taken into account is that a subscription to Tesla's Premium Connectivity to be able to enjoy this new compatibility.
The Tesla Connectivity Premium system is a premium package from Tesla that allows you to add features and experiences to your cars through software tools. Its price is $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Unsurprisingly, the rest of the services are also included in this package. So, if you have a Tesla and you have Apple Music, you're in luck because years later you can play and enjoy your subscription in one of the most luxurious cars in the world.
