SUBARU
The Subaru company presented the Subaru Forester XT-Edition car, released in honor of the 50th anniversary since the appearance of the first all-wheel drive car of the brand (it was the Leone Estate in 1972).
Subaru Forester XT-Edition received right-hand drive and bright blue body color. Also, such a car can be distinguished by original 18-inch wheels, rear spoiler. Side mirrors, luggage rails and radiator grille are painted black.
Inside, the driver and passengers are welcomed by seats upholstered in water-repellent fabric, decorative metal inserts on the center console, front panel and door plates, as well as LED lighting.
Subaru Forester XT-Edition is equipped with a 1.8-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 177 hp. with 300 Nm of torque, stepless variator and permanent all-wheel drive.
In Japan, the Subaru Forester XT-Edition was valued at $25,200. The company is expected to introduce seven new models at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show.
It is worth noting that an option is offered for this car. But if you thought about returning the radio or display, you were wrong. The only option for the Subaru Forester XT-Edition is an electric trunk lid drive.
So: the changes are noticeable, but not radical. There are no technical differences - the car is offered with a 1.8 turbo gasoline engine with 175 “horses”. That power is sent to all four wheels thanks to the Symmetrical AWD system.
By the way, the release of this special version of the Subaru Forester XT-Edition is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the appearance of all-wheel drive on Subaru cars.
