CUPRA UrbanRebel Racing Concept within the catalog of available cars Forza Horizon 5

Forza Horizon 5 players from Xbox Game Studios and Playground Games can now choose the latest CUPRA concept car from the catalog of cars available in the video game. In this way, virtual drivers have the opportunity to put themselves in control of the brand's 100% electric racing vehicle. The production model will hit the market in 2025 (in the street version), however, fans of the Forza Horizon saga already have at their disposal, before anyone else, the CUPRA UrbanRebel Racing Concept to drive it in the virtual world.

Designed, developed and manufactured in Barcelona, the competition prototype combines pure electrification, sustainability and performance with the exciting aesthetics that characterize the virtual world. CUPRA incorporated some elements from the world of videogames to create a new design language, which will also serve as the basis for future models of the brand.

The color scheme that covers the bodywork of the CUPRA UrbanRebel Racing Concept adapts to the light and changes according to its incidence. The prototype also has a large spoiler with integrated lights, in a clear nod to the racing cars in the vibrant open world of Forza Horizon 5. In the video game, users are immersed in a virtual scenario full of great challenges, where they can lead awesome expeditions and meet new characters in 'Horizon Story' missions.

The CUPRA UrbanRebel Racing Concept is a performance-focused vehicle that delivers 250 kW of continuous power and reaches a maximum output of 320 kW. Its engine allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds.

It's a model perfectly suited for the game Forza Horizon 5, where you can drive this out-of-the-ordinary concept car to set the fastest lap on the Arch Of Mulegé circuit in 'Forza EV Rivals' and to perform all kinds of acrobatic maneuvers ('PR Stunts '). Forza Horizon 5 takes place in Mexico, which is CUPRA's main market outside Europe and where the first CUPRA City Garage was established.

The CUPRA UrbanRebel Racing Concept will be available to all Forza Horizon 5 players during the 'Horizon Holidays' special event. It can be obtained for free in the 'Regalos' tab of the Message Center, until January 5, 2023.

This is the second CUPRA model featured in the video game, after the 100% electric Tavascan XE. The Forza franchise is an official partner of Extreme E and, as part of the deal, the SUV has been part of Forza Horizon 5 since last summer.

Forza Horizon 5 is available on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Windows PC, Steam, and Xbox Game Pass, which includes console, PC, and Cloud Gaming (Beta) with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
