New Lamborghini Urus S, the successor to the original Urus

Lamborghini has just introduced the new Lamborghini Urus S, the successor to the original Urus that established a new niche creating the luxury Super SUV segment.

The Urus S offers greater power combined with luxurious versatility, joining the new Urus Performante aimed at those seeking maximum sporting performance.

The V8 biturbo engine, with a high power output of 666 hp, matches that of its ‘mate on the court’, the Urus Performante, offering an improved power-to-weight ratio of 3.3 kg/hp. Acceleration has improved: the Urus S accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 12.5 seconds. With a top speed of 305 km/h, the Urus S brakes from 100 km/h to zero in just 33.7 m. Its biturbo engine offers 850 Nm of maximum torque from 2,300 rpm to a maximum of 6,000 rpm.

The Urus chassis with adaptive air suspension can be adjusted thanks to the STRADA, SPORT, CORSA and EGO driving modes, and the TERRA, NEVE AND SABBIA traction modes. With the same propulsion system calibration as the Urus Performante, the Urus S delivers maximum responsiveness and performance when it's needed.

The Urus S introduces specific design improvements that give it a sporty as well as luxurious style, making the Super SUV unique in any environment. A significant increase in options in terms of colors, frames, wheels, design packages and details, allows for customization with multiple possibilities.

A new front bumper design adopts more refined lines and incorporates a new matte black painted stainless steel sump guard as standard to match the black stripes on the front grille. A further five styling configuration options combine body color, gloss black and carbon fiber components in a gloss and matte finish, allowing the Urus S to offer a variety of custom configurations. The new, especially lightweight, painted carbon fiber hood features matte black ventilation screens which, as an option, can be finished in gloss black, body color or carbon fiber with a gloss or matte finish. An optional exposed carbon fiber roof adds elegance.

The new rear bumper styling gives the Urus S a more stylish and elegant look. A matte black painted underside incorporates a new design with a brushed steel twin exhaust as standard, with a choice of matte or gloss black as an option, or the Ad Personam option in gloss chrome. New optional wheels are offered alongside the standard 21-inch wheels, including the 22-inch Nath with a matte titanium and polished diamond finish, while the 23-inch Taigete wheels can be chosen in a bronze and polished diamond finish.

The interior, new color options and upholstery underline the sporty character of the Urus S and offer a luxurious, understated and timeless ambience.

Unfortunately, this crossover cannot be available to everyone and the price in European territory starts at 195,538 euros, to which you have to add the options, as well as all taxes.
