Hero MotoCorp introduced the Vida V1 Plus and V1 Pro electric scooters, which come with 3.44kWh and 3.94kWh batteries for a range of up to 143km and 165km, respectively.
The Vida V1 series has removable batteries and has been rigorously tested. Batteries support adaptive learning technology for longer life. These electric scooters have 7-inch color screens that provide navigation and other notifications to the user. The scooters are also equipped with cruise control, emergency alert button and reverse gear.
Electric scooters have three driving modes - Eco, Ride and Sport, and can reach a maximum speed of 80 km/h. The Vida V1 Plus can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in 3.4 seconds, the Pro model does the same in 3.2 seconds. Batteries can be fully charged in less than 90 minutes via Vida's fast charging network. When charging from a conventional outlet, it takes 6 hours to recharge the battery from 0 to 80%.
The Vida V1 Plus and V1 Pro electric scooters received LED headlights, headlights off delay function and unlock key. The scooters have a 26 liter luggage compartment. An app is provided that provides scooter status, location of charging stations and trip analysis via the phone.

The Vida Plus electric scooter costs $1,755 in India, while the V1 Pro is offered for $1,925.
