BUGATTI

Luxury car maker launches smart watch made entirely from carbon

Bugatti has once again teamed up with the Austrian smartwatch manufacturer and presented a limited series of wristwatches aimed at athletes and adventurers with deeper pockets.

The smartwatch market has grown dramatically in recent years and has made advanced technologies available to a wider segment of the population. When it comes to Bugatti and VIITA, the notion of availability should be taken with caution.

The full name Bugatti Carbone Limited Edition is the first smartwatch made entirely from carbon. So, despite installing a larger battery with a capacity of 540 mAh (+22%), the mass is now 13% smaller, says Index.hr.

In normal use, the battery lasts for 15 days, and with the GPS constantly on, the battery life drops by a few days, according to Bugatti. The GPS sensor is extremely accurate, so watch data can be used for telemetry on the track as the owner races in the Bugatti.

It uses a dual sensor to measure heart rate and provides absolutely every function like the best sports watches, from rest and training recommendations to biological age and stress level. It is waterproof up to 100 m. Let's also mention the screen. It is about the AMOLED touch screen with 390 x 390 pixels resolution. It supports 16.7 million colors and is located under the sapphire crystal.

Let's say the watch is limited to just 2,500 copies and the price is 2,640 euros.
