RENAULT TRAFIC VAN E-TECH ELECTRIC APRESENTADO COM 240 KM DE AUTONOMIA

Trafic Van E-Tech Electric was presented at the Hannover Motor Show

The Renault Trafic Van E-Tech Electric was presented at the Hannover Motor Show (Germany). It is the brand's latest commercial electric vehicle and sits above the electrified Kangoo, but below the Master in the French brand's commercial model lineup.

The Trafic Van E-Tech Electric delivers 120 hp (90 kW) from its electric motor. The 52 kWh battery provides a range of 240 kilometers in the WLTP homologation cycle. The Renault vehicle supports single-phase 7 kW AC charging, 22 kW AC charging at public stations and a 50 kW direct current (DC) fast charger.

As a good commercial model, the French van can carry up to 1,100 kilograms in weight. In addition, the maximum towing capacity is 750 kilos, although as we can understand, at full load, the autonomy suffers considerably.

The Trafic Van E-Tech Electric is available in multiple body configurations. The total length can be 5.08 or 5.48 meters. Buyers can choose heights of 1.96 or 2.49 meters. This provides storage volumes between 5.8 and 8.9 m3, depending on the configuration.

There is also a cabin chassis version for those customers who want to create custom vehicles using this electric vehicle as a starting point, as with current thermal engine vehicles.

Renault does not say when Trafic Van E-Tech Electric is on sale on the market, just as details of its exit price have not yet been provided.
