FB MONDIAL
Piega 125...FB Mondial has won no less than 10 Speed World Championships since the brand was founded by Count Giuseppe Boselli back in 1948 and, until now, its entire range evoked classic-style motorcycles of the time, making nods to vintage models from times gone by.
But with the arrival of its new Piega 125 it breaks with that design line by creating its first sports naked with a futuristic look whose design is signed by Rodolfo Frascoli, the creator of the restyling of the Suzuki Katana, and which, due to the performance developed by its engine Liquid-cooled Piaggio, along with a price of €4,449, will position itself as a good purchase option among the youngest.
The two superimposed LED spotlights -all the lighting on the bike is LED- and the three gill slits on each side, simulating a sports fairing in its side view, are the hallmarks of this new Piega 125.
The engine, as usual in the FB Mondial 125cc range, uses Piaggio liquid-cooled technology with a double overhead camshaft (DOHC) and four valves, with 14.28 CV of power and 11.0 Nm of torque. engine. The gearbox is six-speed and its curb weight is 123.5kg.
In the suspension section, the Piega 125 mounts an inverted fork with gold-anodized legs with 114mm of travel, while a hydraulic monoshock absorber with 43mm of travel is used in the rear.
The new FB Mondial Piega is available in two colors and can now be purchased from official dealers at an introductory price of €4,449.
