Chinese brand presents new SUV called Territory with 2.0L bi-powered engine
Maxus (part of SAIC) used this year's Chengdu Auto Show in China to introduce an SUV called Territory, which will be offered in 5, 6 or 7 seater versions.
This off-road vehicle is 5,046mm long, 2,016mm wide, 1,876mm high, while the wheelbase is 2,950mm.
The territory for the 2023 model year has a new front panel, center tunnel, new multimedia system, as well as better materials inside.
Part of the equipment includes a panoramic roof, adaptive cruise control and a 360-degree camera system.
Initially, a small 2.0-liter diesel engine with two turbochargers will be offered, with 218 hp and 500 Nm. There's also an eight-speed automatic transmission, while traction can be rear or all-wheel drive.
The Maxus Territory is expected to hit the Chinese market before the end of this year, but pricing has yet to be announced.
