The A6 L premium sedan has already started taking orders in China
Audi has started taking orders in China for the slightly updated A6 L sedan (the letter L in the name stands for extended wheelbase).
The facelifted Audi A6 L is still made by FAW Volkswagen in China, and prices start at (recalculated) $63,000.
The multimedia system of the Chinese Audi A6 L now has a 5G module, thanks to which this sedan, among other things, can “communicate” with other cars and road infrastructure.
In short, on this occasion, the A6 L received modified bumpers and mask, a wider range of colors, new 19-inch and 20-inch alloy wheels, as well as refined seats.
In China, the A6 L is still only available with gasoline engines. These are the turbo 2.0 TFSI (has 12 volt mild hybrid system) with 190 HP and 320 Nm, or 245 HP and 370 Nm, as well as the V6 3.0 TFSI with 340 HP and 500 Nm (48 volt mild hybrid system) . All versions are equipped with a seven-speed S tronic gearbox with two clutches.
The A6 L is 5,038 mm long and the wheelbase is 3,024 mm.
The 245hp engine sedan can be equipped with all-wheel drive for an extra cost, while the 340hp A6 L has all-wheel drive as standard.
The offer also continues to be the Audi A6 L 55 TFSI and quattro hybrid, with a combination of 2.0 petrol engine, electric motor and 14.1 kWh lithium-ion batteries (total system power is 367 HP).
