TOYOTA SUPRA MATTE WHITE EDITION: UMA SÉRIE ESPECIAL E LIMITADA DE APENAS 50 EXEMPLARES

Supra gets the limited edition Matte White Edition

The new Toyota Supra with 6-speed manual transmission and 340 hp 6-cylinder engine receives the limited edition Matte White Edition, exclusive to the Japanese market. To make this sports car more special, the manufacturer will only produce 50 copies and they will be available by lottery.

This series displays the White Avalanche Matte Metallic color. For its part, the interior is partially upholstered in brown leather (seats, steering wheel and door moldings mainly) and comes with the carbon 'Matte White Edition' insignia in front of the passenger.

Pricing for the Supra Matte White Edition starts at 7,890,000 yen (R$310,350 at current exchange rates). In terms of comparison, a 6-speed, six-cylinder Supra costs 7,313,000 yen in the country of the rising sun. That means the difference is something around 22,000 reais.

Interested Japanese customers have from July 20th to August 21st to order the special model and deliveries will begin next October. As we mentioned before, the speed at the time of ordering will not be taken into account, since a draw will be held.

Toyota introduced the Supra with manual transmission in April 2022, with shorter shifts than the automatic, and which can be identified by the Supra name with red letters on the rear bumper. In the case of this version, the interior is slightly different to create a space between the console buttons and the gearshift lever.

It is worth remembering that in other regions such as the United States, the Supra is also marketed with other special series. In this case, we are talking about the A91-MT, which from the Premium finish, adds Cognac leather and Alcantara shift lever, in addition to a JBL sound system with 12 speakers.

In Europe, the limited edition is the Lightweight, which saves 38.3 kilos thanks to the manual gearbox, but also thanks to specific 19-inch wheels and leather-free, electrically adjustable seats.

In fact, there are still rumors that Toyota is developing the Supra.
