Opel Astra PHEV receives an important update made by the preparer XS Carnight

The tuning specialist XS worked on the new Opel Astra PHEV. The electrified Astra 'show car' painted in glossy white and decorated in black develops 180 hp of maximum combined power and 360 Nm of torque, for a combined consumption under the WLTP cycle of 90.9 km/l and CO2 emissions of 26- 24 g/km.

In addition, this five-door model features state-of-the-art Ultimate equipment as well as numerous innovative technologies, such as the Pure Panel digital driver's seat and fully adaptive IntelliLux LED matrix lighting, as well as AGR-certified sports front seats. This project is part of a cooperation with XS Carnight to further reinforce Opel's image among the tuning community as an affordable German brand. Fans were already impressed by the public debut of the latest generation of the Astra at last year's International Tuning Meeting on Lake Wörthersee.

The XS Carnight team equipped the Astra with an additional 'GRINDS' air suspension and 'Carstyle me' height sensors, in combination with the original shock absorbers. The 20-inch forged wheels from the American wheel manufacturer 'RVNT Forged' are a real eye-catcher. Finally, the unmistakable appearance of this 'show car' is completed with racing motorsport stickers on the sides of the car and on the windshield that are available in the Opel Accessories range.

As part of the cooperation between XS Carnight and Opel - which this year celebrates its 160th anniversary - the Astra 'show car' will play a prominent role in XS Carnight's '20 years of XSCN' anniversary on 29 and 30 July at the Olympic Stadium from Berlin.
