DS 4 CROSS RIVOLI: DESEMPENHO, LUXO E TECNOLOGIA AO ESTILO DS AUTOMOBILES

DS 4 CROSS RIVOLI: Urban and adventurous with a lot of technology

In Paris, Rue de Rivoli is synonymous with luxury and elegance, with its high-end boutiques, its luxury hotels and restaurants and its prestigious neighbors such as the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden and the Place de la Concorde. The same happens in the DS 4 line, where the CROSS RIVOLI version offers the maximum level of finish, technological equipment and driving pleasure.

Urban and adventurous, the DS 4 CROSS RIVOLI feels as comfortable on the trendy street of a big city center as it is tackling the toughest terrain with decisiveness and confidence. It incorporates the Advanced Traction Control system, an intelligent device that allows adapting the movement of the front wheels according to the surface on which it is located and its grip. Associated with the EAT8 automatic transmission, it guarantees a great grip on slippery floors. Furthermore, it ensures excellent travel comfort due to its extremely smooth and silent gear changes.

Aesthetically, the country vocation of the DS 4 CROSS stands out from the first glance, with a black exterior finish that includes SUV details such as the gloss black roof bars, the CROSS insignia on the doors, the bumpers. The large, 19-inch Sapporo alloy wheels provide a unique touch.

Inside, DS Automobiles showcases all its experience in terms of leather goods, with its passion for small details and the exclusive techniques that DS Automobiles has inherited from the French luxury tradition. The Basalt Black leather upholstery, standard on the DS 4 CROSS RIVOLI, brings elegance and high-end feel, with grained leather wrapping the high-density seats and ‘Full Grain’ leather with black inserts around the steering wheel.

Available as an option on the DS 4 CROSS RIVOLI, the OPERA Brown Criollo finish symbolizes the brand's best know-how. Its seats are upholstered in an exclusive high-density Nappa leather, which is distinguished by a ‘Bracelet’ confection. A material and hue that is also felt on the dashboard, where dark ash wood accents add an additional touch of refinement. The center console, the central armrest and the door armrests in grained leather contrast with the dashboard in Nappa leather, the steering wheel covered in Criollo Brown leather.

The Bracelet confection has become a symbol of quality and an identity code for DS Automobiles. Its design is inspired by the metallic bracelet of high-end watches, also known as armis, which is formed by multiple elements, of different sizes, assembled together. The DS upholstery puts a twist on this design by using a single piece of leather, with no raised seams on each seat, thus ensuring the maximum level of comfort.

The perlé stitch, used in the seats, reproduces a motif in the form of pearls. It is inspired by an embroidery technique used in haute couture to create highly sophisticated details. The brand's technicians followed in the footsteps of this technique, of great tradition in French luxury, for their work in the cabin and in the manufacture of the seats until converting it into an authentic factory brand, after three years of intense work to transfer this secret of specialists artisans to the industrial production of a car.

On the technological side, the DS 4 CROSS RIVOLI offers the most advanced driving aid and connectivity technologies from DS Automobiles. It incorporates the DS EXTENDED HEAD-UP DISPLAY, which allows intuitive, ergonomic and fully customizable access to all vehicle information and systems without taking your eyes off the road. On the DS 4's central console are the DS IRIS SYSTEM - a completely redesigned 10-inch infotainment system - and the DS SMART TOUCH - a 5-inch touchscreen located next to the gearshift lever, two innovative solutions capable of putting your hand, your voice and your gestures, control over the vehicle's systems.
