Enyaq Coupe iV is the brand's new model with improved aerodynamics and a range of 535km

The unification of electric vehicles in the MEB platform allows Volkswagen's concern to rapidly expand the range of models for the brands used. After the Volkswagen ID.5 GTX coupe-like crossover, the related electric car Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV debuted, which in the older version offered all-wheel drive and acceleration time for “hundreds” of no more than 6.5 seconds.

When creating the Skoda Enyaq Coupe RS iV electric car, which will be offered in the exclusive Mamba Green, the drag coefficient was reduced to 0.248, although the base version of the Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV has an even lower aerodynamic drag of 0.234. In any case, the coupe-shaped electric car turned out to be more aerodynamic than the related Volkswagen ID.5 GTX, which has a coefficient of up to 0.26.

The machine is offered with two drive options: rear and all-wheel drive, the RS version is only available with two-axle drive. The 62 kWh traction battery is only available on the basic version of the Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV 60 with rear-wheel drive and propulsion power of 132 kW, from the second stage, the Enyaq Coupe iV 80, an 82 kWh battery is available, which is combined with the 150 kW propulsion system and rear-wheel drive. A battery of this capacity can also be combined with all-wheel drive, in which case the power plant power reaches 195 kW for the Enyaq Coupe iV 80x, and on top is the RS version with all-wheel drive and 220 power plant power. kW It is true that the battery capacity will remain equal to 82 kW‧h in this case as well.

The older Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV with the RS index provides 460 N‧m of torque, in terms of power it reaches 295 hp, and the acceleration time to 100 km / h is reduced from 7.0 to 6.5 seconds compared to the upcoming Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV 80x complete set, equipped with all-wheel drive. Top speed increases to 180 km/h. In addition, the RS variant has lower suspension, richer interior, specially designed alloy wheels, better shaped front seats and 131 LEDs integrated into the front grille. The front optics of the RS version will be matrix in the basic configuration, other variants of the Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV can be equipped with it at an additional cost.

The instrument panel of this electric car is virtual, it is displayed on a 5.3-inch color screen in the steering wheel area, but in the center console there is a constructively dedicated touchscreen with a screen diagonal of 13 inches – the largest among the czech branded cars. Voice control, gesture recognition are provided, the on-board system understands commands in 15 languages. For an extra cost, the interface can be duplicated by a projection screen. Charging of the traction battery can be controlled remotely, as well as the operation of the climate system. In the “longer-range” version of the Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV, it is capable of traveling 535 km without recharging.

The overall dimensions of the Skoda Enyaq Coupe iV are 4653 × 1879 × 1622 mm, the wheelbase reaches 2765 mm. The prices of the novelty have not yet been announced, but the RS variant should definitely become the most expensive electric car of the Czech brand.
