Alpha Motor Corporation
Alpha Saga Estate is the brand's new electrified station wagon
The California-based company is dedicated to creating very interesting electric models, such as the Alpha Jax and Alpha Wolf, among others.Today we are getting to know a new model of the house, in this case called Alpha Saga Estate, which is a station wagon, of course electric like the others, and which was conceived in two different, very particular versions.
The company did not provide much information about this great station wagon, but announced that at least two versions will be offered, one of them designed for off-road use, with a rural and adventurous look.
The latter is 5 centimeters taller and features generously flared wheel arches, off-road tires (the conventional version look like semi-slick), tubular protections at the front and rear, and a roof rack that integrates a gearbox. load and an auxiliary lighting module, for example.
In both cases, the Saga Estate has aluminum body panels, LED headlights, a panoramic glass roof, light-alloy wheels between 17 and 20 inches, and the door handles built into the body stand out. Alpha Motor also offers a more aggressive aerodynamic package, consisting of a front splitter, more generous skirts and a prominent diffuser.
In the cabin, the Saga Estate has a digital instrument panel and a floating multimedia screen on the dashboard, as well as a retro-style radio, wooden frames and sport-style seats.
Finally, in terms of performance, the electric propulsion system is all-wheel drive and is associated with an 85 kWh battery, which promises 500 kilometers of autonomy. Alpha speaks of an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in about 6.5 seconds and an 80% charge in about an hour. The expected price for the model is between $45,000 and $55,000, before incentives and discounts, but it is unknown when the car will be launched on the market.
