New Bonneville T120 Black

The legendary Bonneville family of classic and modern motorcycles has just gone through a process of evolution, gaining a series of significant upgrades, including improved performance, capability and style. In Brazil, the new Bonneville T100 was launched in October and, now, the brand new Bonneville T120 Black has just arrived at dealerships. Soon, the Street Twin, Street Scrambler 900, Bobber, Speed Twin and Scrambler 1200 models will be launched in the country, also remodeled.

With an unrivaled pedigree dating back to the iconic first Triumph Bonneville of 1959, the modern and classic remodeled Bonneville family is part of the legendary British-designed motorcycle style. The entire range is designed at Triumph's state-of-the-art Research and Development facility in Hinckley, UK. Each model has been engineered to preserve the authentic DNA of legendary timeless design and to present a modern capability that lives up to Triumph's world-leading reputation in the quality and handling of its motorcycles.

The greatest icon of British motorcycles preserves the performance of the 1200cc twin-cylinder engine, the sophisticated configuration and the magnificent DNA of the Bonneville model, while being significantly upgraded. The model becomes a new benchmark in the category, with lighter weight (7 kg reduction), easier handling, better performance, new higher-spec Brembo brakes, improved driving modes and an even more sensitive throttle. The Bonneville legend continues!

The engine on the new Bonneville T120 Black is Triumph's traditional British twin. Among other innovations, its mass was significantly reduced. The T120 has been specially developed to deliver high torque from the lowest revs to the mid-range, ensuring exhilarating performance at all times. The engine provides 105 Nm of maximum torque (at just 3,500 rpm), with peak power of 80 hp (at 6,550 rpm). The model offers a 16,000 kilometer maintenance interval, which reduces the owner's cost.

In addition to the new Brembo brakes, with two discs and two-piston sliding calipers, the motorcycle also features state-of-the-art ABS brakes and switchable traction control. This combination, combined with weight reduction and new wheels, make the new T120 the best Bonneville T120 in history.

The new T120 is equipped with higher specification technologies compared to its previous version, such as the autopilot and the new piloting modes. The new autopilot can be easily activated via a button on the handlebars, as well as the selection of riding modes. The rider can choose between 'Rain' and 'Road' driving modes, which will adapt the behavior of the bike according to the riding conditions.

Other high-spec driver-focused technologies that come standard are the assisted clutch (which reduces driver fatigue in heavy traffic or on longer journeys), a key-in engine immobilizer and the USB charging socket under the seat . The headlamp incorporates a distinctive LED daytime running light, which makes it easier for other riders to see the bike.

The T120 Black's unmistakable and iconic styling has been enriched with a set of premium details that offer more practicality to the pilot. The multifunctional instrument panel, for example, provides the driver with all the necessary information, such as driving mode settings, autopilot status and gear indicator, among other features.

Aggressive and temperamental, the new Bonneville T120 Black comes equipped with a host of premium quality blackened details and components, including wheel rims, engine hood, rear view mirrors, headlight rim and exhaust. The model also received an elegant brown bench with the Triumph logo stamped on it. The new T120 Black is on sale in Brazil exclusively in Matt Jet Black Matt Graphite, with a price of 58,490 reais(local currency). The bike is available with 116 Genuine Triumph accessories, ensuring the best customization for every customer.
