The new Land Rover Defender has become a reference for preparers, a model that, due to its more modern and futuristic design, is being used for creations and transformations where there is a common denominator: they just practice retouching that revives extra sportsmanship while practically preserving the style original.

And in the particular case of Niels van Roij Design's studio, it has become a reference, as this is the company's fourth project on the Land Rover Defender. The new Heritage Customs Valiance Verdigris is unique, with a design inspired by the first pre-production prototype of the now extinct Land Rover R01 from 1948, from which it takes the color of the exterior and interior of the cabin.

Based on the new Defender 110, the body of the body is painted in a suggestive and elegant green color, as the name 'Verdigris' indicates, which actually refers to a greenish patina that is generated when copper, bronze and brass they are subjected to inclement weather for a long time without any treatment.

A paint that perfectly matches the special finish of the front fender vent gills, the openings over the engine hood panel, the rear running boards and the model name insignia on the hood rim in copper 'Magic Metal' brushed and the rest of finishes that are offered with the oxide, gloss or sanded effect. As it could not be otherwise, the alloy wheels are 22 inch forged aluminum.

Inside, it stands out for the interior upholstered in beige leather, a tone that also wears the Alcantara lining of the ceiling, while the door panels, the speaker covers of the sound equipment and the panel are presented in the same color as the bodywork, color also used for sewing. Special details in 'Magic Metal' satin copper were also extended to the spokes of the steering wheel, the decorative strip with 3D effect on the rear cover and even the decorative screws. A preparation that requires a month and a half of work and is offered with any mechanical version.
