APRILIA

Hypernaked Tuono V4 X

Aprilia launched the Tuono V4 X, a special and limited series of motorcycles based on the Tuono V4 1100 which, according to the Italian brand, is the “most powerful and lightest naked in the world”, weighing only 166 kg and equipped with an engine derived from RSV4 1100 Factory, whose maximum power reaches 221 hp.
The Tuono V4 X is part of the Factory Works program, from Aprilia Racing, which wants to take the technology developed on the tracks for those who want to participate in competitions or just enjoy a motorcycle designed to be used on circuits.

Associated with the V4 engine, there is an Akrapovic exhaust system with elements in titanium and carbon, while the air filter is from the Sprint Filter, the same used in the bikes of the Aprilia Racing team of MotoGP.

Other elements of the motorcycle competing in the World Championship are the aerodynamic package and the semi-active suspension system Öhlins Smart EC 2.0. Its fairings are made entirely of carbon fiber, with graphics that refer to those used in the Aprilia RSV 1000 R Factory that participated in the Bol d’Or endurance race in 2006.

The brake system, fully prepared for competition, is signed by the Italian Brembo and features aluminum calipers. The wheels, made of forged magnesium, are from Marchesini.
Electronics are also derived from racing bikes, with full-power engine maps, in addition to traction control, anti-wheelie and engine brakes fully prepared for use on the tracks. It also features an electronic gearbox with gear reduction, a reprogrammed colored TFT panel with lap time display using the integrated GPS sensor. Each Aprilia Tuono V4 X unit can now be booked on the Italian manufacturer's official website.

The price is 34,900 euros. Hypernaked buyers will remove their bikes at Aprilia Racing, and take an exclusive tour of the racing department in Noale, as well as winning an exclusive helmet with a motorcycle-inspired paint job.
